Herakut will join the performance  in their self designed costumes, based on their well known paintings and put their stamp on this collaboration! Taking a walk through the gallery was to take a walk through his innards; colorful entrails displayed with class. Technically brilliant and aesthetically disarming, Aryz is an artist who has gained the respect of his colleagues and the public as a whole, and one who cannot be shoved into just one category.

The gallery was filled to the brim, there was excellent music, conversation, and refreshing drinks on tap the whole night.

In the first episode of HERE COMES THE NEIGHBORHOOD the stage is set for the Wynwood Arts District. Parking lots, loading docks and factory walls are transformed into “The Wynwood Walls”. Founder Tony Goldman explains his vision for a town center, while Jeffrey Deitch, Arts Manager Meghan Coleman and Co-Curator Medvin Sobio offer their insight into the project’s significance, taking us into the present day expansion. In addition, Photographer Martha Cooper and Miami based Mural Project Primary Flight weigh in.

Participating artists: Kenny Scharf, Shepherd Fairey, Kunle Martins (Earsnot), Gaia, Shie Moreno, and Patrick McNeal from the artist collective Faile.

WEIRD’S AROUND is a group of 40 illustrations composed of construction paper and crafted with Exacto blades and wood glue. The artist uses figurative images from daily life to not necessarily find answers but to explore subjects of human frailty. In this particular set of work, the artist investigates his own challenges regarding introspection, vanity, and selfishness.

The brothers shared the experience and space with Nina and Verónica Kan?iukaitis Togno. The setting was of an aquatic theme with characters that surround the viewer, fishing for their attention and coaxing them into their world of international waters.
